JAMES SAREN (Sole Trader)

Starting out, James Saren spent his years working in a boutique residential Architectural firm. After working there and also subcontracting to other architects and designers, James saw the need for a drafting service that provides practical yet stylish designs - minus the price tag that Architectural companies would charge.

After completing his Diploma of Building Design, James acquired his QBCC contractors license and started out on his own in 2018. With over 10 years drafting experience, James has developed sound construction knowledge and also the ability to guide a design to ensure efficiency in the design and construction.

In his personal life, James enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball or playing a game of chess.

Qualifications:

Diploma of Building Design – Southbank, QLD

Certificate III in CAD (Computer Aided Drafting)

Autodesk Revit Intermediate - Southbank TAFE

Here at Ultimate Design, we work together from initial concepts through to final construction drawings. Dealing with the same person, from start to completion.

TOWN PLANNING CHECK

With each project, careful assessment is undertaken to ensure all required setbacks and town planning requirements is addressed. This is important as it means less time back and forth amending plans and changing design specifications.
